– Remove accessories before taking a shower and do not use them on the beach or pool. Remove the rings before washing your hands or applying alcohol gel.
– Sweat accelerates the oxidation process of the pieces, so avoid using them during physical activity.
– Avoid contact with perfume, sunscreen, cream and cleaning products. They can oxidize accessories and leave them dull. After applying body products, wait for it to dry well before putting on your accessories to avoid chemical reactions.
– When cleaning your accessories, it is important to remove any type of residue! Follow these tips:
- Never use liquid or gel alcohol or other cleaning products;
- Use warm running water and neutral liquid soap;
- Dry VERY well with a towel and dryer.
– Handle the pieces with care, avoiding drops and bumps. Store them individually to avoid breaking, crushing or scratching - defects not covered by our warranty period.
– When storing jewelry, choose dry and clean places. Choose a space away from light and any humidity, such as the bathroom sink.

GUARANTEE:
Awora products are manufactured following high quality and design standards. All items come with a six-month warranty. As they are semi-jewelry, some basic care is necessary, as described above in 'piece care'.
When placing an order on the website, it is important to check the status of the items received. In the event of a manufacturing defect, it is noticed upon first contact with the product and Awora will make appropriate arrangements.
The warranty is valid for bath and stone maintenance (setting) that may fall within the warranty period. The deadline for returning the repaired part is up to 30 working days and shipping will be borne by the customer.
We do not guarantee defects caused by breakage, dents and scratches. If you need any assistance or repair to a part, we also offer this support, but the cost of repair and shipping are your responsibility.
